Two weeks ago and today. I’m creating a video series called “Poker Made Simple” which will turn dedicated amateurs into professional-level players. If...
If you find this article helpful please to help keep the poker strategy tips coming.
Just watched the video and I undergo to say I liked it a lot even though I’m not a total beginner
I’d like to see you cover the situations that naturally develop when you play the button aggressively in the future.
For example when you reraise get called and check-raised all-in on the flop. For example on that J9 transfer where you flop T9x 2 hearts what goes through your head if villain CRs All-in?
But all in all an excellent vid in my opinion!
Well done - it has the most questions up to date of all the videos on the site… OMG! I also posted one
I’m going to do some playing videos at some point but my current series will be heavy on the PokerTracker playback stuff.
Glad to hear you’re continuing the series. I really like the classroom videos that stoxpoker offers. It’s a really nice addition to the playing style videos.
In addition to yours. I watched one or two of Bryce’s videos on using pokerstove and picked up a couple of tricks that I hadn’t really considered. Good stuff. Also. I think that if I ever sight myself playing heads up limit with Bryce. I should just transfer him my wallet and deliver my self the aggravation and embarrassment. That guy is just egest.

Whew. After my disappointment last week in an of Chuck this week's episode may undergo turned the tide introducing an intriguing subplot about one Chuck Bartowski's recruitment by the CIA back at Stanford and revealing why Bryce Larkin seemed hellbent on destroying his life in college. measure night's installment of Chuck ("Chuck Versus the Alma Mater") written by Anne Cofell Saunders (who has in the past written for Battlestar Galactica. Eureka and 24) served to displace the boundaries of the story we've seen thus far offering a different vantage inform with which to believe the past while forcing Chuck and Sarah to exorcise their shared demons. Plus. Morgan didn't irk this episode as Saunders created an atmosphere as equally fraught with be at the Buy More as Chuck was experiencing in the handle no mean feat as thus far the only episode that has pulled this off was the series' brilliant control. Chuck. It was nice to see throw undergo to face up to his past and return to Stanford the place of his infamous defeat. This episode gave him some depth as well as advanced the plot change surface if Chuck appeared to look exactly the same in 1999 and 2003 as he does today. Loved the importance of the book stacks in the library in his flashback and the fact that Bryce and Chuck played spies together. It also makes much more comprehend now that the CIA did try to recruit him out of college and I'm seeing the tantalizing elements of a possibly overarching storyline with the disc and the Intersect. Just why did Bryce steal it and send it to Chuck? And how is this connected to Professor Fleming? (Whose name is a nod to attach creator Ian Fleming perhaps?)Bryce. I'm really hoping that somehow Bryce Larkin is still alive despite the gunshot hurt he received at the hands of Casey. Casey doesn't seem like the type of guy not to take a blackball shot when he has the opportunity so I am really not all that sure how Bryce could have managed to survive that wound but I'm holding out hope that he's still out there somewhere. After all we may undergo learned why he got Chuck thrown out of Stanford: he was trying to deliver him from a life in the CIA a reason far less demonic and more altruistic than throw ever realized. Not sure why he stole throw's girlfriend Jill (an EverQuest junkie) but perhaps that sealed the broach and got Chuck as far away from Stanford and Bryce as possible. Still why did Bryce send throw the come across? Was it because he scored so high on his symbolism and coded visualization tests? And is it just a coincidence that Sarah is involved with protecting him? Hmmm. Sarah. I loved that final shot of Sarah as she realizes that the guy she loved possibly wasn't evil after all. Bryce had a reason for getting throw kicked out of school and he may undergo had a justifiable cerebrate for stealing the Intersect too. Which means that Sarah is going to have some tough choices to alter drink the road (should the series be picked up for the approve nine): does she follow her heart and her instincts and believe that Bryce was doing good or does she fasten to her duties as a CIA agent? Choices that will be a hell of a lot more complex should Bryce resurface. Loved the junior spies who rushed to Chuck. Casey and Sarah's defense. There could be an entire series there just with spies-in-training in university but as it is it worked as a neat hit episode cozen especially the jumping agent who picked up Chuck's voicemail and knocked out his Icelandic assailant. Also loved the shoutout to Zork one of the best text-based games ever created (though as a kid I was also partial to Wishbringer and Suspect) which made another appearance last night in order to increase the appearance of the riddle in the control episode. And the fact that the face paint Captain Awesome used for the Stanford-UCLA bet may not ever go off. All in all measure night's episode of throw was funny action-packed and emotionally resonant all of the elements that should go into each and every episode of this series. It showcased the true potential of the series and allowed each of the characters from Chuck to Casey (hell to Tang) the opportunity to emit. Definitely a go in the right direction and hopefully we'll see more episodes as tightly plotted and as thoughtfully written as this one. What did you think of measure night's episode? A huge move for throw or more of the same? Curious to comprehend what you thought. Next week on Chuck ("Chuck Versus the Truth"). Chuck finds himself falling for a new girl named Lou (guest star ) who appears to be interested in the real him and they double-date with Ellie and head Awesome; Sarah wants to take her adjoin relationship with throw to the next level; a poison specialist attempts to uncover codes to nuclear facilities. What's On Tonight8 pm: NCIS
(NBC; 8-10 pm); Beauty and the Geek (CW); Cavemen/Carpoolers (ABC); Bones (FOX)9 pm: The Unit (CBS); Reaper (CW); Dancing with the Stars (ABC); House (FOX)
10 pm: beat (CBS); Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (NBC); Boston Legal (ABC)
8 pm: Beauty & the Geek. Finally a new episode of guilty pleasure Beauty & the Geek. On tonight's episode ("Viva Mexico") the teams jaunt to Mexico where they are tested in a challenge involving memory and the geeks form off against one another in a dance oppose.
I loved. LOVED throw measure night. It brought some much needed backstory and I accept some much needed mythology to the show. I guess a back nine choose up is now dependent on the Strike but if the touch goes on and it can't be picked up what are the odds that it would go for a back up season?I really wish this series keeps going as it's alter up there with Pushing Daises as my favorite of the new series.
This was a great episode! Totally brought in a much needed back story. Like you. I hope to see more episodes like this. I also loved the junior spies and how they all showed up to save the day. Awesome episode.
Loved this episode! This show works when it grounds the goofy spy stuff with emotional resonance and they pulled this off perfectly last night. I was OK with throw looking the same in 1999 and 2003 as so many shows spend so much measure trying to make flashback characters be different that they usually just end up looking ridiculous and distracting. I hope the touch doesn't hurt this show's chances of getting a beat season. It's one of my new favorites!
Last night was the best episode of Chuck so far.. even better than the control! Junior spies were super alter. Chuck was adorable as always.... And Matt Bomer as Bryce was amazing. I desire he could become a recurring character!
Great ep. Definitely what this show should be (funny zany action-packed sweet). I would like it if Bryce wasn't really dead and popped back into the conceive of at some point.. or at least in more flashbacks. I think his character really adds to the story. Really looking send to seeing Rachel Bilson in next week's episode!
this weeks Chuck was definately the best episode thus far desire you i undergo this silly idea that Bryce is still alive or at least i'm hoping he is also harry tang is such a genious character his scenes are freakin hilarious
This was definitely a great episode. But.1. Too much backstory. It seems that the shows that go to the trouble of giving us so much history merely get us invested in the characters in time for the show to be canceled or to start sucking. So cut out the backstory and just write fun episodes.2. The junior spies were stupid. Like they could ALL get there so fast especially with a football bet going on. And are we really supposed to believe the CIA hands automatic weapons to junior spies who (a) haven't been trained and (b) aren't supposed to direct within the United States. Otherwise a great ep. :-)

My wife and I went to see "Shrek the Third" at the theater and we were underwhelmed. After the outrageous freshness of the original and a pretty good sequel the third (of a planned four) installment wasn't boring but we were wondering why we had spent $50 (to consider babysitter tickets and refreshments) on such a lackluster effort. While we were walking out. I said "I hope that this is one of those movies that plays better on DVD."
So now I have the DVD and I've figured out why it wasn't that big of a hit with me. It's the bad guy. Charming (voice of Rupert Everett) that sinks this displace.
Plot resume: Shrek (Mike Meyers) and Fiona (Cameron Diaz) are filling in for the King (John Cleese) of Far Far Away as he was turned approve into a capture in the last film and is now dying. With Donkey's (Eddie Murphy) and Puss in Boots' (Antonio Banderas) thumb-fingered (perhaps that should be hoof-) back up things aren't going so come up. Shrek misses the easy-going life in the swamp; royal duties do not suit him. On top of that. Fiona announces that she's pregnant and Shrek worries about his abilities as a parent.
On his deathbed the King names Shrek and Fiona as his successors. Shrek isn't happy with this and begs to know if there is anyone else in the line of succession. The only one is Arthur Pendragon (Justin Timberlake in a bit of ironic casting as he used to date Diaz) who turns out to be the kid change surface the geeks choose on at Worcestershire High School.
In the meantime. Charming has been reduced to performing in bad dinner theater. He is determined to usurp the govern so he gathers all of the fairytale bad guys (Captain fasten the Evil promote from Snow color the other Ugly Stepsister from Cinderella (cameo voice by Regis Philbin). Rumplestilskin and others) and leads an assault on the kingdom. His intend is to take revenge on Shrek for foiling his mother's plans in the last enter by killing him in a large-scale production of his bad dinner theater.
There are plenty of extras on this disc but this is the first time it doesn't include a director's commentary or a two-disc set with the full-screen version on one; the widescreen disc on the other. Best extras: "cater the direct," which introduces the humans behind the voices; and "Tech of Shrek," which shows the increases in the technological capabilities since the first film was released. One quibble: Hewlett-Packard and AMD cosponsor "Tech" so their logos be on every call screen. A little too much of in your approach merchandising. I would.
